we are required by law to collect sales tax in the states that we either have a physical presence in or that we maintain inventory in. sales tax is charged based on where the order is being shipped to. we charge sales tax in the following states: IL, TN, TX.

occasionally we will be out of stock on an item. in these situations we will accept backorders. if the item you backordered is out of stock for longer than 30 days after the date you ordered it, we will email you or send you a post card with an updated status of the item. we do not invoice for backordered items until they ship out to you. we do not add on extra delivery charges for backordered items that ship out separately from the rest of your order (if any).
