can i return items purchased online at chiasso.com?
returns may be made for any reason within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.
what do i need to do in order to return an item for refund?
fill out the merchandise return form that came with your order and send it back with the merchandise to ensure proper credit. please allow 15 business days for refunds. ship it back to us via a carrier that offers package tracking like UPS or FED EX. if the return is due to your error, we ask that you pay the return shipping charges. if it is due to our error, we will pay or reimburse you for the returned shipping charges. all merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition.
what if furniture i ordered arrives damaged?
if your furniture is defective or damaged upon delivery, contact chiasso customer service at 877-244-2776 within 7 days of receipt; we will arrange repair or pickup and issue a replacement as necessary.
does chiasso rent or sell my personal information?
we take your privacy very seriously. as is common in the direct marketing industry, we may rent name and address information for certain customers to carefully screened and reputable organizations. we never rent or sell email addresses. we keep your privacy preferences on file. if you would like us to not rent your name and address information, or if you would like to get off our mailing list, please call us at 877-244-2776.
can i cancel my order?
orders can only be cancelled if they have not been transmitted to our warehouse. we ship in stock orders within 24 business hours. once an order is in our warehouse, we will not be able to stop it. from the time you order to the time your order gets to our warehouse is usually no more than 1 hour. back ordered items can be cancelled any time before we receive stock in to our warehouse.
how do i check the status of my order
yes! just go to the "order status" page which can be found in the "customer service" area of the site. you will need to provide your full order number and your billing address. the status of both web and phone orders can be checked on line at chiasso.com. if you purchased a large item from us like a sofa or a dining table, we suggest you call our customer service department to check the status of your order. 877-244-2776.
will i get an order confirmation when i place my order on line?
yes! you can expect to recieve an order confirmation to be emailed to you within 30 minutes of order placement. if you don't get one, please check your spam and or junk filter before you call Chiasso.
