Pain to assemble but looks good
The desk arrived in several boxes + a heavy wooden crate with the glass surface. It's a project to unpack everything, disassemble the wooden crate, and figure out what to do with this construction-like trash. The assembly was a pain: * Parts did not fit out of the box and had to be adjusted. Fortunately the desk comes with the allen wrenches for that. * The glass surface is very heavy and we had to hire our electrician to help us lift it and position it. The final product looks great with one small minus: the edges of the cabinet protrude beyond the curve of the glass and it's possible to bang your knee on it if people are not careful. Overall, the desk costs about double of the desks in local furniture stores but its design and functionality are somewhat unique so I will keep it.

The meteo desk is a beautiful piece very well constructed. I purchased it for my office along with the petal rug and it looks amazing !!! The desk is easy to assemble however, you need more than one person to so because of the heavy pieces. I recommend this desk highly.

mateo exellente!
this is a wonderful and substantially beautiful desk. it is well made and assembly was breeze with two people. the price was affordable for such a high quality and unique piece of furniture. a similar styled desk retails for over $4K at a local showroom. i have been wanting to purchase this desk for quite some time but waited to see if there were any reviews. i am glad i took the plunge! a word of caution- it is extremely heavy! the packaging composed of four boxes and was delivered on a large wooden pallet. it looks incredible over the "pebbles rug". highly recommended!
