Disappointing
I received this product as an xmas gift. The steps are off balance and the product is very poorly made. While I love Chiasso, I was not a big fan of this particular product. Yes, had I had the receipt and the box, I would have returned the product.

crooked steps
The product arrived very timely, within a couple days. However, the product is not level. The "steps" on one end are crooked and the 3rd last candle holder leans towards the center of the piece. This was the very first item i ever ordered from Chiasso, and although I am disappointed with the condition of the product, I will probably give them one more try. (I really like the catalog!)
