Disappointing
My experience is the same as others: This is a beautiful mat that does not last. The rubber nubs break up and lie within the channels, creating a very unattractive look. I've had this happen despite it's use in a very low traffic area.

looks great but doesn't last
I LOVE the way this mat looked at my front door...and it worked great. BUT....the metal started to rust only a month into using it so I had to bring it inside before the I started using salt on our sidewalks for the snow. Once that threat was passed, I put it back out, but before long the rubber nubs began to break off completely taking away the initial appeal. It's pretty disappointing since I haven't even had this mat for a year yet. I can't recommend this or any of its "cousins" to my friends. :-(

just threw this away
If you're looking for a doormat for about a year, this one's for you. If you'd like one that will last longer, keep looking. The rubber nubs start breaking off, littering your porch and leaving an unsightly pattern within the chrome framework.

Looks & works great
Works great. Great for cleaning shoes. Easy to clean. Looks modern and sleek. Have had 10 months and now rubber nubs broken off. Only negative it smells like rubber.
