Great rug, great service
I ordered this rug for a home office, to sit under a chair and hopefully stop carpet damage from the chair's rollers. I love it! It looks a little bit more red-orange in person than it does on my screen, but it's still definitely red. Seems very high quality so far. I really like that it is all natural (wool pile with cotton backing) and there's no latex - this means there are no odors, no VOCs, and nothing that would discolor your floors. If you're going to use it on a hard surface, however, you will need a rug pad to prevent slipping. Separately, Chiasso's service is terrific! I called with a question on my order and got a live person after one ring. My order arrived A) correctly B) on time, and C) undamaged. Those three things alone put Chiasso head and shoulders above the other home decoration companies I've ordered from lately. (You know who you are, mega-corps). Well done!

I bought the 24" dotti rug in red and lime. LOVE them! The colors brighten up my bathrooms with whimsy and feel great under my feet. I missed out on the aqua. Hope they return - I'll be happy to buy more.

Love this Dot Rug!
I was a bit hesitant to purchase this online since I couldn't feel the fabric or see the bottom of the rug. But as soon as I got it in the mail I was pleasantly surprised at how good the quality is! I have the 24" lime rug, perfect for in front of my kitchen sink. It does not slide on my floor, and it's cushion-y material feels great on my feet while I do the dishes. I'm buying another one today to go in front of my stove.
