Must have.....
I have looked for a contemporary/modern dining room light for the past several months. I had noticed this one a while back, but had contemplated purchasing due to fear that the light would take away from or hide dining room hutch. After my husband convinced me to purchase as couldn't find anything else that compared to this light. I absolutely LOVE IT. It is the perfect size and compliments the room. My hutch can still be seen and so can our wedding china. This is definitely a MUST HAVE!

Great item!
I must have looked through hundreds of modern light fixtures online and also looked locally in the lighting stores in my area. This light fixture was what I was looking for, but I was hesitant to order online since I wasn't able to see it in person. My order arrived in a few days and I was thrilled when I opened the box. The picture on the website basically shows what the fixture looks like. The shade is translucent and sort of has the look of frosted glass. There is an inner shade which is smaller and that's made of stiff fabric as a normal lampshade would be and is white. The wood trim is an ebony or wenge color and subtle. The metal ceiling plate is quite large and rectangular. I'm very glad I bought this because I didn't see anything in the stores like this and while I saw similar ones on other websites, this one had more detail and style. Plus, I thought the price was reasonable. Highly recommended.
